forensic officers, police, investigators from Kookot Police Station and Ruamkatanyu Foundation officers inspected the scene of a case where a baby's body was found floating in Khlong Song, at the end of Soi Phahonyothin 64, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province. When the officers dragged the bag to shore for inspection, they found the body of a 10-month-old male infant wrapped in three layers of plastic bags and one layer of brown towels. There was also a large rock inside the bag to serve as weight, so the officers collected it as evidence.
